How it works
The natural flow of water into a solution or from one solution to another more concentrated solution through a semipermeable membrane is called osmosis. Reverse osmosis is to add a higher pressure of natural osmotic pressure on the side of the concentrated solution to reverse the direction of natural osmosis. This is the exact opposite of the normal osmosis process in nature. It is called reverse osmosis. This special semipermeable membrane is called reverse osmosis membrane.
Technical introduction
Reverse osmosis technology is today's advanced, energy-saving and effective membrane separation technology. Its principle is to separate other substances from water according to the fact that other substances cannot penetrate the semipermeable membrane under the action of the osmotic pressure of the solution. Since the membrane pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane is very small (only about 10A), it can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic matter, etc. in water (the removal rate is as high as 97-98%). The system has the advantages of good water quality, low energy consumption, no pollution, simple process and easy operation. The CAD simulation design is adopted to ensure the scientific and reasonable system.
