    Product Features

    This product has the following features:

    1. High ionization, highly soluble in water, completely soluble in water throughout the pH range, and not affected by low water temperature.

    3. It has a strong glue-breaking effect on oilfield colloidal sewage. It is greatly beneficial to the treatment of flocculation and makes the overall treatment process simple and efficient.

    Product use

    The water quality of oilfield sewage is more complicated, and the experience usage is generally 0.5% to 2% to receive very good results. For oilfield sewage, it is recommended to use it together with flocculant, and the effect is good. The specific methods are as follows:

    1. Prepare 10-20% concentration of breaker glue in the preparation tank for backup or direct addition.

    2. Prepare 0.2-0.5% flocculant in the preparation tank for backup.

    3. Add glue breaker glue to the sewage and stir, and the amount of glue is about 5-10% of the sewage water.

    4. After stirring evenly, add flocculant glue, and flocculate precipitation will be generated after stirring.

    5. Enter the solid-liquid separator for treatment. If the effluent is not clear, increase the amount of breaker and flocculant. The specific amount is subject to the clear effluent.
